Loved the location; easy access to the beach. We called for extra blankets and they were delivered promptly. Good response time. A cute place, but it needs some TLC & to be sprayed for bugs. Tripping hazard from raised floor tiles in the kitchen, the bedroom overhead light was not functioning. Sliders were very tough to open. The furnace closet seemed to be harboring breeding bugs.

THE APARTMENT IS NICE , OUTSIDE GLASS ON SLIDING DOORS COMPLETLY DIRTY. ICE MAKER DOES NOT WOR,CEILING BEDROOM NOT ABLE TO TURN LIGHT OFF WITH TURNING OFF FAN.
