Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! Our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in the highly desirable Barefoot Trace community, an exclusive and peaceful retreat with a heated pool. It is located right on the shores of St. Augustine Beach. This first-floor, single-level unit offers convenience, comfort, and an unbeatable view of the ocean. Imagine waking up every morning to the sound of waves crashing and stepping outside to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic.
Rules: No smoking or partying is allowed. 1 pet maximum per stay. The pet must be 30lb or less.
KITCHEN: Electrical appliances, standard drip coffee maker, and bar top with two chairs, private front patio.
LIVING ROOM: 2x reclinable sofas, accent chair, TV, patio access with ocean view.
DINING ROOM: Dining table for 4, 2x bistro table sets.
MASTER BEDROOM: Queen bed with master bathroom (shower/tub combo), closet, dresser, TV.
GUEST BEDROOM: Queen bed, closet, dresser, TV.
GUEST BATHROOM: Shower, toilet.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and dryer located next to the kitchen.
PATIO: Back patio with ocean view! 4x adirondack chairs.
ACCESS TO THE UNIT: Drive through the Barefoot Trace Community gate, our unit is the end unit on the south side of the property located on the 1st floor.
PARKING: Parking spaces located on the upper and lower parking lots in front of our building.
AMENITIES: Walk to our private beach access, large community pool with chaise lounges, tennis court, shuffleboard court.
BEACH ACCESS: Walk 2-mins to our private beach access gate.
PET POLICY: Maximum of 1 pet, 30lb or less; The pet fee is $98.00 for the entire reservation. Any damage caused by pet will be the responsibility of the pet owner or guest on the reservation.

Perfect location, price and view. For people like me who love listening to the waves it’s great sitting outside, however you cannot while inside because you cannot leave doors/windows open (which the time of our stay we wouldn’t have anyway too humid). Sea turtles visited us every day. The walk to the beach was so easy. We didn’t cook but it appeared the kitchen was stocked. Bring your own paper towel. Everything was clean and as shown. We had an issue with the master bedroom AC not being as cold as the rest of the unit. We just slept in the other room and they are looking into that after we left. This unit being on the end of the property was fantastic. Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a great location that made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
One of the things we appreciated most was how well-stocked the condo was. It had everything we needed for the week and then some, which made our stay so much more convenient and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home.
We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable beach getaway, and we would love to stay here again in the future!

We loved our month here. Oceanfront view and the warmest pool you will ever swim in. Everyone was so nice. If I needed anything, our host responded immediately, they were awesome. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is because the screens all need to be replaced. Big holes and the one in the slider is almost completely ripped out. Other than that, love love loved it!
