Island Time is a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom coastal home ideally positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Matanzas River in Butler Beach. Designed for relaxed beach living and outdoor adventure, this elevated home offers plenty of room for families, anglers, and golfers looking for a comfortable and well-located getaway.
The open floor plan creates an easy flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The fully equipped kitchen includes ample counter space and everything needed for preparing meals at home. Two master suites add flexibility and privacy, with one located on the main level and another upstairs. The third bedroom features bunk beds with a trundle, making it a great option for kids or additional guests. In total, the home sleeps seven comfortably.
Outdoor living is a highlight here. A wraparound porch is the perfect place to enjoy ocean breezes and sunset views, while the backyard offers a tropical setting with banana trees, bougainvillea, a firepit, and a relaxing swing. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after beach days easy.
Guests can walk to the beach in under ten minutes or drive and park at nearby Windswept Acres Park. There is ample space to park a boat at the home, with a public boat ramp on the Intracoastal Waterway just a few blocks away, accessible at high tide. House had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. Loved the porch. Only complaint is none of us thought the beds were comfortable in the 2 main bedrooms. But nothing is perfect.
