Four bedroom three bath upscale townhouse with view of the pool and a short walk to the ocean.

The Villas of Ocean Gate II is a beautifully appointed Mediterranean Style Condominium in the Heart of Anastasia Island & just steps to beautiful St. Augustine Beach. This like new property has a private beach access & is a 5 1/2 mile drive to Historic Downtown St. Augustine. This townhouse unit is located very close to the ocean. You will enjoy a view of the pool/hot tub from the breezy, relaxing balcony.
The Villas of Ocean Gate I is one of the newest developments on the island with many amenities including pools, tennis courts and lush landscaped gardens.
The spacious main living area is tastefully decorated throughout and features an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area with a large screen TV in the living room. There is also a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
The master bedroom is very large and offers a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan and door access onto balcony. The en-suite master bath features his and hers sinks, a garden tub & walk-in shower and two large walk-in closets.
Three guests rooms: The first guest room offers a king bed. The second guest room has twin beds. Third guest has 2 queen beds. This unit comfortably sleeps 10.

This Oceanside home at The Villas was perfect home to have time with our new grandson and adult children. It was a perfect location to visit the sites of beautiful St. Augustine, visit Great Nana and the beach too! All the touches of home were available and made our time together perfect. Beautiful accommodations.
