About this apartment rental
Ground floor covered parking at front door, corner unit. Sleeps 7 with two kings, twins and single cot. 45lb maximum pet weight. No Aggresive breeds: Rottweiler, Pit bull, Doberman, chow, German Shepherd.
Please note pet friendly guests, VRBO does not include pet fee in their check out quote to you. The fee is $125 per pet, 2 pets maximum and breed restricted, no aggressive animals such as pitbulls terriers, rottweilers, dobermans, chows & mastiffs. This fee will be added after VRBO emails your reservation to our email. We then send you a booking reservation which includes the pet fee + 11.5% taxes. Our owners welcome your family pets, however do ask you respect their vacation home investment.

Clean and efficient condo. The parking lot is just next to the condo easy load in and load out for a two family and dog group. We used the condo as a “home base” while visiting elderly parents near by. Served us well, for a short stay, Patty was easy to get in touch with, no issues. Thank you!

My husband and I took my daughter and her family ( total 6 people) and had a wonderful vacation. The condo was more than big enough for all of us and sleeping arrangements were perfect and I love that it has two king beds. The neighborhood was safe and we had covered parking of all things. A short walk to the beach through the complex and pools was a plus. Patty was so accommodating and friendly. Such a sweet lady. We had such a good time we plan to return. Awesome vacation!

Our stay was wonderful. Steps away from the pool. Short 5 min walk to the beach. Condo was clean and spacious. Would love you come back
