This 3rd Floor Balcony Suite Plus is conveniently located near the elevator and has a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean. This coastal casual suite is decorated in beach chic décor. Enjoy the 39" Flat Screen TV and ceiling fan on the sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove with oven and extra counterspace and a cute breakfast nook kitchen table. The bathroom has convenient access from the bedroom or hallway. The private bedroom has a beautiful bedroom set that includes a comfortable king size bed and plenty of drawer space. Relax in this tropical paradise and enjoy the 32" flat screen TV and ceiling fan in the bedroom. This king suite is just want you are looking for in a beach vacation the whole family will enjoy! We visit here about every four months. It's my happy place.It's very reasonable price considering it's on the beach. You get a whole place to stay, not just a room. We love that it's dog friendly. We have a service dog but we like to use dog friendly places so we don't have problems.The beach is beautiful and quiet here. We had a problem with the TV after hours and they still came up to the condo right away.

Everything was great except the bed. Mattress needs to be replaced. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Nice TV's and comfortable seating in LR. Excellent staff onsite.
