About this apartment rental
This 4th Floor Balcony Suite Plus is a great spot to enjoy the ocean view. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, ceiling fan and a 40" flat screen TV. This condo is tiled throughout and has extra drawer space. The kitchen is fully equipped and is situated so that you can enjoy the ocean view while preparing meals. Mirrored walls provide extra reflections of the ocean waves. There is a 4 burner stove with oven and all the standard kitchen amenities. The bathroom was remodeled with a newer tub with grab bar. There is a new plush King Sized Serta mattress and 26" Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. Tile and a ceiling fan and horizontal blinds make this room extra comfortable. This could be the perfect beach condo for your next stay. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Outstanding view, great accommodations, quick response to issues, super housekeeping. Wonderful firm walking beach, it’s dog friendly but clean and no barking. When it’s windy the pool offers a sheltered sunning location but sitting on the beach is fabulous.

1. View: 4th floor view of the beach, ocean and sunrise was terrific.2. Shower: the bathroom was small, but the walk-in shower was really good. 3. Spaces: large enough for two. 4. Bed: comfortable, but closest to road & road noise. Our personal white noise helped. 5. Overall appearance: dated and poorly upgraded. Mismatched baseboard molding, VERY hard to move slider door, cracks in Sheetrock around slider doorway, toilet made loud noise when refilling, refrigerator made loud noise when closing door, TV had only a few working channels. 6. Cleanliness: the entire floor was dirty, and felt somewhat sticky. We wore socks or shoes whenever walking on the floor. 7. Stay again? Probably not. Even though we had a good experience overall, we would explore other properties, especially for cleanliness.
