About this apartment rental
This 4th Floor Balcony Suite Plus just keeps getting nicer. A rental favorite, there are a comfortable chairs on the balcony, so sit back, relax and enjoy a cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise over the ocean. The living room has queen sized sleeper sofa and a large flat Screen TV. A fresh modern vibe is felt throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a 4 burner stove with oven and some great under cabinet lighting. There is a nice sized table for family meals. The bathroom was remodeled with a walk in shower and tiled walls. The private bedroom is a tropical oasis with a King Sized mattress, a flat screen TV and ceiling fan to keep you cozy as you drift to sleep. This just might be the perfect tropical retreat for you and yours. Top floor, this building is serviced by 2 elevators.

This was the perfect place for our girls getaway weekend! We came to enjoy sailing and time on the beach. The views and the service here were super good! The maintenance staff were very responsive when we had an issue that needed attention. Can’t wait to stay here again sometime!

We are locals that love to stay on the beach to see the sunrise and sunsets. Thank you for allowing short stays since a week is too long. Loved the condo - comfortable, sitting chair was a favorite, great mattress, nice patio chairs, kitchen fully stocked. My only recommendation would be a runner rug at the doors to keep sand/salt from tracking through the condo.
