About this apartment rental
If you are looking for a vibrant 2nd Floor Balcony Suite Plus, then look no further. This condo has the advantage of the queen Murphy bed in the living room area. Even though there is a king bed in the private bedroom, many guests opt to sleep on the queen Murphy bed so that they can wake up to the sunrise on the ocean front. Enjoy the large 37" flat screen TV in the living room or a nice 26" Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. This condo has the full kitchen, a lovely new kitchen table, a new modern looking sofa and a new recliner. The bathroom and living room have been repainted in a fresh white color and the shower was updated with a walk in shower December 2025. The private bedroom has the comfortable King size bed and tile throughout this condo keeps things clean and tidy. If you are looking for some Florida warmth, you'll find it here. But please, NO PETS ALLOWED. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Beacher's Lodge provided a great summer getaway for me and my family. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay at Beacher's. We had access and a great location to the beach, plus we also used the cookout area to grill for a family supper. Manager Shannon Lake was great with organizing everything for us and staff checked on us every day to see if we needed something. I'd highly recommend Beacher's for accomodations for a great beach getaway.

The room could use some refreshing. Sheets were torn, faucets loose, outlets that were questionable, missing lamp shades. But comfortable and met our needs.

We have been staying at Beacher's Lodge for several years and enjoy the oceanfront property specifically for the breathtaking views of both the sunrise and the moonrise! The only complaint I have is the TV channels are very limited and it rained so it would halve been good to have more choices. Also, the internet service is sketchy.

I blindly booked this condo with no knowledge of the area or condo. I definitely loved the location. The condo is directly on the beach with a beautiful view. There was also turtles nesting right by the beach walkway which was really cool. The room itself was a little disappointing. The unit was dated...especially the bathroom and just needs an overall face-lift. The bed and bedding was nice and comfortable but we couldn't sleep because of the old air conditioning unit in the bedroom was VERY loud. The last night we left it off and opened the sliding doors in the living room and slept a little better. The bathroom definitely needs renovated and everything else needs refreshed. The condo itself has positive things going for it in general; the location, the view, the pool, the area, the staff, and other tenants. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay at Beachers again but would choice an updated unit.
