This cheerful balcony suite on the 3rd floor overlooks the pool and the ocean, which is the best of both worlds. The 3rd floor view is spectacular and the evening glow of the pool can be quite alluring. Inside this condo is the coastal vibe you've been searching for, with all the amenities you'll need while vacationing at the beach. This balcony suite has a queen size Murphy bed in the living room, so if you want to wake up to the sunrise, this would be a great room for you. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven. The oversized flat screen TV will keep family members happy. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The private bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a flat screen TV. A great location, great amenities and this one of the few suites on property that does not have a window on the exterior walkway, so extra privacy and a little more peace and quiet, exactly what you are looking for in a seaside condo. Sounds just like paradise found! Please, no pets allowed. This condo is located in the oceanfront building with two elevators, as well as steps nearby. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

We have been going to Beachers for years and always love it. The staff is super friendly and helpful starting with check in and throughout the stay.The property is well maintained and the pool and boardwalk to the beach are perfect. The location is perfect with numerous great restaurants nearby. It’s just a short drive to downtown St Augustine but far enough away that you get a relaxing beach experience.The rooms are very clean and comfortable and always include anything you may need. The cleaning staff are great and always available if you need anything. The beach views from the room are perfect!

Overall, we had a nice time. Ocean views were wonderful all day long and the pool was the perfect temperature. The air conditioning units were really struggling to cool the place at night and there weren’t any fans that we could find.
