About this apartment rental
This 4th floor balcony suite is a favorite among guests. Enjoy a beautiful ocean view while relaxing on the balcony in the sling back chairs or rocker. The queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room is the perfect spot to enjoy the breeze of the ceiling fan, the ocean view or the 32" Flat Screen TV. A cute high top table in the kitchen provides the perfect spot to enjoy a meal. The full kitchen includes a full stove with oven and beautiful granite countertops. The bathroom was completely remodeled with clean tiles and walk in shower. The private bedroom has the King sized Beautyrest pillowtop and drawer space. There is a 26" Flat Screen TV accompanied by a ceiling fan only adding to the comfort of the bedroom. The horizontal blinds in the bedroom window allow light in without sacrificing privacy. This unit is rated as a GOLD. However, we have stayed in many units - most SILVER. I so think it's more of a silver rating.It was clean. Shower is great since we are senior citizens and that is very good. Would love a table on the balcony. Might need to hide the cords from the TV. TV offerings very good. WiFi not so good.

We liked the room and it had a great view. The light and exhaust fan over the stove didn't work. The hot water was extremely hot, I think the water heater needed to be turned down a bit. The room was a little dark and I thought the sliding doors could have used a sheer in addition to the blackout curtain. Also, the plantation shutters in the bedroom were hard to shut and could have used a curtain. My main complaint would be the hill and steps you have to walk up to get to the building. I normally wouldn't care but I had a sore back that hindered me a little. Also my wife has a bad knee and had a hard time getting to the building.
