Es una villa preciosa. Un lugar de donde no querrías irte nunca. La mujer que nos recibió súper dulce y amable, nos facilitó el Safari y muchas cosas que le fuimos pidiendo. Lo recomiendo mucho, nos hemos sentido como en casa.
La puerta general de la villa no se cierra, y a la villa entra personal (hemos visto 5 personas diferentes entrar a la villa: personal de limpieza, manager y más) que gestiona sin avisar, lo que es bastante incómodo. En un primer momento se lo dije a la mujer con la que hablé y desde entonces nos avisó de todo y ella fue súper amable. Pero otras personas venían a la Villa, creemos que era el manager, llegaba sin saludar, daba una vuelta por toda la Villa y volvía a marchar.
Eso no respeta para nada la intimidad y privacidad de los huéspedes, por lo que es algo que deberían mejorar

וילה חדשה ומקסימה! הכל היה מבריק! ריח מושלם ברחבי הוילה. צוות המקום מקסים ואדיב מאוד!
היתה בעיה עם הבריכה ולא יכולנו להשתמש בה. צוות המקום הציע חלופה לבריכה אחרת שנמצאת בקרבת מקום. בנוסף, צוות המקום הגיע בבוקר כדי להשקות את הצמחים סביב הדירה כאשר החלונות שקופים וההרגשה היתה לא נעימה שמישהו מסתובב בשטח שלך.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Habarana. The setting is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by nature, making it the perfect place to unwind. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. A special mention to the staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. The food was also fantastic! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
