A superb stay. The welcome, rooms and food were excellent. We were wonderfully looked after by Shanaka our host. The pool had a tremendous view up and down the river and there is an abundance of bird life in the estate. It's a little out of Kurenegala (all the better for that) and is a fine base for visiting some of the smaller Buddist sites. A lovely place and astonishing value.
