The apartment is absolutely stunning! It’s extremely clean, spacious and bright. We loved the little cwtch area next to the kitchen. Everything you need is there and the location is fab too!

The air conditioning was by far the outstanding feature. It was a very hot Summer. The host also left some food/drinks/convenient items. Overall everything was fine.

We had an amazing 3-night stay in Nice here at Quentin's apartment. Admittedly I was initially a little hesitant to make the reservation here on Booking.com due to the lack of reviews here- however a previous reviewer provided some reassurance, as well as contacting Quentin via Airbnb to confirm the listing here was legitimately posted by him and not someone using his apartment’s photos. And we are so glad we went through with this booking! He was an outstanding host, providing us with very thoughtful welcome gifts & city guides to help us become familiarised with the city. Also offered various tips throughout our stay which were great suggestions. The property itself was perfect for us, very centrally located just a short walk from the beach & public transport options, while the unit felt quite spacious despite our group of 6. If we are ever back in Nice, we would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend others not be thrown off by the small number of reviews and book here- you won’t regret it! Nothing- everything from the room to the host was brilliant.

Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The apartment is beautifully renovated, spotless, spacious, and perfectly located close to both the city center and the beach. From the moment we arrived, Quentin made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Even though our flight arrived around midnight, he waited for us personally, took the time to explain the city, recommend places to eat and visit, and welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. He even prepared the terrace with lights for our arrival, which made the whole experience feel so special. We were also touched by the thoughtful welcome gifts and the detailed pamphlet he prepared with tips and recommendations for Nice and the nearby towns. You can truly feel that Quentin and his family have poured their heart and soul into this apartment and into creating a beautiful experience for their guests. Everything was done with so much care, attention, and love. We sincerely hope every future guest appreciates this place as much as we did, enjoys it fully, and treats it with the same care and respect. We took a chance booking a new listing without reviews, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. This was honestly one of the best apartments and hosting experiences we have ever had.
