Can't fault anything with this place we had a truly great experience. The best aspect is definitely the small staff team they have. Very friendly, welcoming and it's really nice seeing the same faces each day as it adds to the stay. really added a nice, unexpected element to our stay. The facilities are beautiful, brand new and all the small details are done very well. If you surf like I do this place is heaven - you open the blinds in the morning to the main surf break and you are 10 steps from a really nice cafe. Overall loved it and we will be back if we get the chance.

It is really noisy all day and night because you are right next to several nightclubs and a large construction zone. This is not their fault though, if you want to be right on the cliffs you have to deal with the noise and construction.

Morning construction noises, which are probably temporary (we stayed in July 2026). Room size is a little smaller than other places we stayed in Bali, but the other places we stayed also tend to be further out.

The property is new, modern, and exceptionally clean. The team is very helpful, welcoming, and supportive throughout the stay. The reception team was especially helpful and made the experience even better. It is a wonderful boutique hotel with an amazing terrace offering beautiful views over the water. Highly recommended!

The only thing to note is that accessibility to the property can be a little tricky. I recommend communicating with the hotel before arriving to get the correct directions and the exact location to use on ride-sharing applications. This will make the arrival process much smoother.
