    The only thing this place is missing is some wellness like a sauna and ice baths other than that it’s great!

    We have stayed at the suarga a few times now but unfortunately this will be our last. For the price you pay it’s expected the service will be top tier. Definitely can say a few staff were great but the morning staff and pool staff were unhelpful and unresponsive/slow. Simple things like asking for a towel took close to 30 mins for them to get. The room was serviced 2ce a day that was great but they never replaced bath towels either. The location is great but the slow service was definitely a mood killer. All the previous times have been amazing! Not sure maybe if they cutting costs on staffing.
