Position, pool and views are spectacular! Staff at reception are incredibly friendly and helpful! The bungalows are beautifully decorated. Garden so pretty and well maintained.

We found the breakfast was not aligned with the star rating.

The view is spectacular. Loved the infinity pool. Bamboo architecture great.

The rooms are really really dark. Hard if you are trying to find things in your suitcase. I think the complex needs a bit of an upgrade. Breakfast was ok but not nearly as good as the last two resorts.

Second time staying at Suarga, definitely the best pool view and relaxing atmosphere I’ve ever stayed at, awesome cappuccino and food, never waiting for a drink or service. 5 star experience without the price tag

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The bed had it's own air conditioning which was fab.

The food was disappointing. Some of it was extremely salty. I also did not like that breakfast was included in the price, but there were many items on the breakfast menu that were not included and we would have to pay more. This seemed petty and cheap. The room was very dark and only one chair. It also lacked a table to put things on. We were provided with 2 bottles of water morning and evening and told we could ask for more, which we had to do constantly. The only way to contact reception (other than walking there) was through Whatsapp. I was not keen on adding the hotel to my contacts. There were loose tiles in the main swimming pool and the other pool was difficult to get into, balancing on tree trunks placed in the pool as steps. One of these was wobbly and there was no handrail.
