Garden Villas by Paralia Living

We had completely separate rooms, two bathrooms, it was relatively close to the beach, we had a barbecue, a dishwasher and a washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room, enough hot water, and good water pressure.

There were some small areas that were not clean, the small towels were quite worn out, the air conditioning filter was full of dust, the swimming pool was too small, the garbage truck was making noise every morning at 6:00 AM and woke us up, and the kitchen was not very well equipped. Considering that we paid €2,000 for 5 nights, I found it quite expensive; at this price, everything should have been outstanding. In my opinion, the fair price would have been around €1,500.

Everything was great. We loved how close it is to the sea, it has a beautiful view and everything we needed for an unforgettable stay! The private pool was clean and the water was warm. The beds are comfortable, every room is clean and minimalist!

Nothing to mention here, it was all great!

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Garden Villas. The unit itself was brand new, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities you could need. The location is unbeatable—tucked away on a delightfully quiet street, yet just a short walk from the beach and close to the marina promenade. To top it all off, the view from the apartment is amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful with every single request we had. We will definitely be back!
