Very nice apartments in Nikiti

The room is super cozy, a super bed, and a lot of space in the Room. The balcony is big, and the design of the hotel overall is very eye-pleasing. The pool area is really nice, with a lot of space by the pool and a bit far away with a douch area in the shadows Parking is super easy, and there are a lot of available places.

Sadly, there is not enough kitchenware to cook with, but that's not a big issue, and it's easily solvable. Moreover is plenty of options to eat outside at a very good price.

It is located very close to the beach and restaurants but at the same time in a very quiet area. Very clean, comfortable bed, they clean the pool every evening. If you prefer stay at the hotel pool is a great option as well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.. location was amazing, 5 min walking distance from the port and beach.. Very modern and clean..

Amazing design, superb modernism, fantastic rooms. Great facilities. Very pleasant staff.

Location is not perfect, a bit difficult to find. Even though it is a butik type of hotel, would expect more often room cleaning. Do not expect breakfast before 10 AM. Do not expect room to be ready at check-in time.

Excellent stay close to everything

Annita is a very kind and helpful host making sure you have a pleasant stay. The hotel location is very convenient in the middle of everything. The room size was ok but small for a family, so make sure you book the correct room type. The balcony was perfect in size not only to chill out in the evenings but also drying your beach clothing. Overall cleanliness of the complete facilities was perfect.

The number of private car parking spot was not enough.

Very clean accommodation with a good location. Bed was super comfortable and friendly staff. I’m also obsessed with how the hotel was smelling, please tell me what cleaning supplies do you use 😂. I even shared a video on my TikTok channel with a recommendation of this hotel. Hope to come back soon.

Lovely vacation

The boutique hotel is new and modern. The location is quite. We had a great time, Annita helped us with really good recommendations ( beaches, places where to eat). We will be back here in August! Can’t wait ☺️

I liked as follows but not limited to: - cleanliness - comfort ( aspect, beds, shower, balcony, privacy, smell - cinnamon & limes, lights, yard, pool, relax music, colors, smells, HARMONY) - parking free - hotel parking not as others say - safety for yourself and for your staff.

There is an only one point with minus: It is not on the beach. But 5-6 minutes walk distance. To the beach or the tavernas.

Very clean, nicely designed modern apartments and very helpful hosts

Very nicely designed, clean, modern rooms, bed was very comfortable, nice kitchen area and good air conditioning. The pool area was nice although we didn’t use it much as the beaches are so great in Sithonia. Gregoria and Annita were great hosts and gave us lots of excellent tips for exploring Sithonia. Nikiti is nice, although very busy with lots of families on holiday, so we hired a car and took the opportunity to get out and explore the peninsula.

Everything was good. The facilities were all new and clean. The pool was super clean, the owners cleaned it every night.

- There is no breakfast - No restaurant/bar - The air conditioning was hard to control, was loud even on low, did not have a auto command.

The location is perfect just 5 min stroll to Nikiti beach or the heart of town for many shops and restaurants. It’s a boutique hotel very new facilities with a great pool. The room was spacious and very clean. There is a very nice balcony with some water views. The owners run the property and were very helpful and eager to please. Excellent choice for a family

The alfresco next to the pool wasn’t set up yet with lounges so that families could get together there.
