I recommend this place because the host is friendly, it is very clean, very close to the beach.

Our host was very friendly, she helped us with everything we needed, we received all the explanation that was needed and she even shared a few tips about what we can do in Nikiti. Also, she loves cats.

The air conditioner is a little outdated, but other than that, nothing to complain about.

The woman on the reception was really nice. Everything was clean and really near to the beach. I have forgotten my jacket, and the woman on the reception was so kind to sent me my jacket to Serbia.

Clean apartment, the staff was awesome very friendly and communicative.

Excellent hospitality!

The staff was super helpful and kind. Our room was great, clean and comfortable with a balcony. It was also very well-equipped. Location is great as in 1 minute you can find a bakery and greengrocer's and the beach is 2 minutes away. I definitely recommend staying at Nikos House!

The room was very comfortable. It was neat and clean, we had our own peace, quiet and privacy. The location is very good, beach is near, just a few minutes of easy walking. There is no private parking space, but you can park on the street.

The facility is on the excellent location, close to the beaches and the promenade. It is run by the family which is very warm, keep the place very clean and provide excellent breakfast. In one sentence - great value for the money! My gratest appreciation and many thanks for making our holiday beautiful, easy and comfortable to Nasia, Anna and Nikol ❤

Münür is a very nice, generous person (thanks for the free beers!) and it was great to spend time in his hotel. All the staff was very friendly to me and to my family. Breakfast was really great and cost effective. I also like the balcony view. Parking was not an issue altough it is a troustic and car loaded neighbourhood. The place is very close by to the center where the main attractions take place.

Beach is not so practical to reach. If you are with a kid, car remains the only option. Rooms are cleaned in every three days, however Münür privileges you if you need instant support.

I made the reservation for my parents, and this property exceeded their expectations. The room was comfortable and pleasant, and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and the room had a nice balcony. The location is fantastic, in the quite street and very close to the beach. The staff is kind and willing to help. Definitely, an address to keep and come back again.

My family and me are very satisfied with staying in Nikos House. First we had a issue to find an accommodation for family with 3 kids as many agencies were not accepted more then 2 kids. Staff from Nikos House accepted without any problem or additional payments. The accommodation is perfectly cleaned and every day cleaning was done. The location is very good and just 1 minute walking away from the closest beach. We got large spacious apartment with two bedrooms and one large bed in each room so it was comfortable for my 5 member’s family. All staffs were friendly and helpful providing support when it was necessary. We had nice and pleasant service here.

Amazing location... 2 min walk from the beach. The hotel is really nice and SUPER CLEAN. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. It's a family business and everyone is really nice and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Breakfast was yummy. Definitely recommend!

Struttura in posizione centrale ma su una via tranquilla senza traffico. Alloggio pulitissimo, letti comodi, terrazzo con tenda da sole (molto comoda) e piccolo stendino. cucina con dotazioni minime ma sufficienti per pasti veloci. Bagno di dimensioni medie e sempre pulitissimo. Colazione ottima con cibi di qualità. Personale gentile.

Confort si curățenie

Curățenie exemplara zilnic, locatia la 2 pasi de plaja si zona de promenadă, gazdele foarte amabile, micul dejun variat si delicios, in fiecare zi cu ceva diferit, chicineta echipata cu tot ce trebuie, la fel si camera si balconul, curte cu gradina drăguță. Camera noastră arăta mult mai bine decat in poze si era spatioasa. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult si ne-am simțit ca acasa.

Un hotel curat, placut, amplasat intr-o zona foarte buna a statiunii.

Cladirea este foarte aproape de plaja, in 2 minute se ajunge in zona amenajata cu sezlonguri, restaurante si promenada. Am putut parca gratis in fata hotelului. La 20 m distanta, sunt 2 magazine aprovizionate cu tot ce este necesar.

Micul dejun contine cam tot ce ai nevoie, dar nu este foarte diversificat. Pentru concediile mai lungi, se mai poate adauga putina varietate.

Το πρωινό για διστερο ξενοδοχείο ήταν υπερπλήρες μπουφές. Η καθαριότητα ήταν ενδελεχής, καθημερινή και όλα άστραφταν. Έκλεισα το δωμάτιο για τους γονείς μου και το καταευχαριστήθηκαν. Τα κρεβάτια τεράστια και το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο! Ένα βήμα απτη παραλία
