We absolutely loved our stay! Everything about it was perfect. The room was neat and tidy as well as nicely decorated, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was a solid 10/10 for me.

Realistically we have nothing on our mind that we would change except the fact that if we come back to Nikiti, we will know where to stay! In Vertigo Seaside Apartments.

Nice place to stay in Nikiti

We really enjoyed our stay in Nikiti. The apartment was very clean and located directly on the seaside! There was really everything you need in the apartment and if not, Alex (the owner) was very happy to help to get what you needed.

It wasn’t a big problem for us but based on the location it can get louder on fridays and saturdays because of the apartments location close to bars playing music.

Great sea-view apartment with a nice beach in front of your room.

Overall, a wonderful stay. Perfect location, a nice area, great if you want a room with a sea view. Alex was friendly and a great host overall - solid Wi-Fi at the apartment and at the beach. Finally, I must say the food was very good, too.

Alex is a wonderful host, from day one he was very helpful for everything we needed. The room we had was very clean and the furnishings are done with taste. The peace and quiet we got was exactly what we needed from our vacation. There are sunbeds that you can get on the beach and they are also part of the bar that's in the same building. They make great Greek coffee. The room was cleaned every day, and our bedsheets were changed which was very nice. The fact that Vertigo Apartments is on the main street where you have the beach and also all the other restaurants it really was something that made our life easier. There was space for parking so we could leave the car. Overall I'd love to visit Nikiti again and Vertigo will be my choice for sure.

Apartment is really nice located, next to the beach. Also well equipped. Nikiti town itself is also nice, several big supermarkets on the main street in case you need anything. I recommend also walking to the old village area, nice and well maintained old houses.

We were travelling a bit off season. Parking might be harder in high season, but still there are some areas around the town.

Vertigo is next to the Nikiti beach. It's correct, comfortable apartman. Alex is a "good" person, he help everything.

Comfortable beds and bathroom. Very close to the center of nikiti. Kind stuff. The sea is just across the street. There are rooms with sea view or garden view. The parking is quite easy.

The only downside is that there is a beach bar downstairs and the music kept until late.

La vista dal balcone della camera. la disponibilità e simpatia del proprietario..

La finestra della camera sul corridoio del pianerottolo di passaggio per le altre camere. Bagno sprovvisto di set per toilette.

Sakin ve huzurlu bir tatil için ideal.

Harika bir manzaramız vardı. Dairenin büyüklüğü ve balkon kullanımı mutlu etti (akşam yürüyüş yolundan gelen gürültü sayılmazsa)... Lokasyon olarak sahil yürüyüş yolunda ve ulaşım çok rahattı. Özel park yeri yoktu ama tesisin hemen karşısındaki plaj bitiminde araçlar park edebildiği için sorun yaşamadık. Çevredeki restoranlara rezervasyon yaptırarak gitmek kolaylık sağlıyor; aksi halde yer bulmak sorun olabiliyor. Tesisin plajını ilk gün kullandık, iyiydi. Yine de ikinci gün diğer tarafta 15 dk mesafedeki Talgo Beach'e gittik; iyi ki gitmişiz, harika bir denizi ve plajı vardı (girişte şezlong ücreti alınıyor).

Yan dairenin balkonu ile aramızda çok da mahremiyet sağlamayan bir paravan vardı. O nedenle mahremiyet arayanlar için problem olabilir. Yan tarafta konuşulan her şey net şekilde duyuluyordu; paravanın kapatamadığı yerlerden de görünüyordu.

Meerblick toll, Matratze untragtragbar

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach super: Direkt am Strand und Zimmer mit Meerblick. Morgens aufzustehen, den ersten Kaffee zu trinken und Meer zu sehen ist einfach wundervoll. Der Host Alex war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ich musste glaube ich noch nie auf so ein unbequemen Bett schlafen. Ich habe jede einzelne Feder der Matratze gespürt, die sich gefühlt in der Körper gedrückt hat. Auch Versuch ein Handtuch unter mich zu legen hat keine Erleichterung gebracht. Außerdem hat immer wieder die Lüftung vom Nachbarhaus angefangen zu laufen, so dass dieses Geräusch im Schlafzimmer auch ohne geöffnete Fenster zu hören war.
