Nice place were to spend your vacation

The beds where extremely comfortable allowing good rest during the night. The room is cleaned every day by an equipe. The host is always available in case something is needed.

The price is a bit expensive for what we got (only a room). The window in the bathroom is very small and it does not allow humidity after shower to go out. As a result the room gets very humid. The air conditioned can be used only if the window is closed. While I totally understand that it would be a waste to use AC with the window open, sometime the room gets very humid and it would be better to use AC with window open. A bit far from the city center (15 minutes walking)

Great value for money

We had a great time as your room was very comfy, appreciated the metal blinds which completely shut down the noise from the main road, beds were great and overall the space was enough for our family of 4. It was very comfortable to have a table on the terrace we had our lunch. Great location close to a big supermarket and easy stroll to the beachfront. Thanos is a great host!

A great vacation

We stayed 9 nights and we loved each one of them. The room was cleaned everyday, the bedsheets and towels changed every 3 days and this was great for us. There are good nearby beaches (Ergon, Avra, Kukunari) and good restaurants.

Very pleasant

The room is nicely furnished and had everything we needed: air conditioning, mosquito nets, terrace, drying rack. Parking is right next to the property. Cleaning is done daily, sheets and towels are changed every 3 days. The property is close to supermarkets (Masoutis, Lidl), bakeries and restaurants. The city of Nikiti is close to the beautiful beaches of Sithonia. Thanos was very kind and gave us a warm welcome. I would recommend staying here for a quiet and stress-free holiday.

Our stay was incredible! The location is excellent – close to everything you need, yet peaceful and cozy. Only 10 minutes from the main promenade of Nikiti and the beach bars. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained, with all the amenities one might need. Every morning, fresh coffee capsules were provided, which shows great care and attention towards the guests. The hosts were extremely kind, responsive, and always ready to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort and warm hospitality!

A fantastic experience at Aloe the Green Suites

We stayed as a group of four friends and had a fantastic experience at Aloe the Green Suites. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable with everything we needed. They were cleaned thoroughly every day, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location is great - about a 10-minute walk from the beach and close to the center, yet still quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended - we would definitely come back!

A welcoming stay with helpful hosts, spotless rooms, and a great location.

Very friendly hosts and very clean rooms, cleaned every day. The location is not far from the town centre, just a 15-minute walk. They even gave us a small gift at the end, which I really appreciated. Whenever we needed something, they were always helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Modern rooms closely located next to a bakery, grocery store and a short walk to the beach with many restaurants. Room is equipped well with comfortable beds and parking options are plenty. Our room had a nice patio with a lovely outdoor seating.

Impeccable accommodation and peaceful vacation.

Great host, clean accommodation. We stayed in the Daisy room. Upon arrival our host Katarina and her husband Thanos were very welcoming, very warm people and showed us to our room. The room was by far the cleanest room we have stayed in on any holiday so far, very well organised - we had free coffee, milk, honey and some sweets every day. Fresh and soft towels every day, if you want a different pillow to the one you have on arrival they will change it for you. The room was cleaned every day and we were always asked if we needed anything. The accommodation is a 8 minute walk from the nearest beach - but make sure to take Katarina and Thanos' recommendations for beaches into account as several are within a 5-10 minute drive and are truly amazing. There is a very well stocked supermarket 1 minute walk from the accommodation. We were very happy with our stay at Aloe Green Suites, we have already bragged to everyone we know about how great the accommodation is and we definitely recommend it and will stay there again if we have another holiday in Nikiti. The host was super nice and polite. It was a pleasant stay, and we highly recommend this place to couples and families.

The location of the property is amazing. The supermarket is next to it so you can easily do your shopping. You can also easily reach to beach and restaurants. The rooms are super clean and they do cleaning every day and change towels as well. The coffee machine and toast machine are enough for breakfast. The terrace is joyful for the evening sitting.

The rooms are situated away from the busy area of town, but within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and beach. It is very close to a big supermarket and bakery. The rooms are clean, new and modern. The beds & pillows are comfortable. Our room had a large courtyard with outdoor furniture, and we enjoyed having our breakfast and relaxing there. The aircondioner works well and the TV is big. The whole area is enclosed and has a lovely garden. I think it is especially perfect for families. There was also free parking at the premises. Nikiti is a very central town as you are close to all the best beaches. Our hosts were friendly and hospitable and made our stay enjoyable. I recommend Aloe and hope to visit again soon.

Memorable and Relaxed stay at Aloe.

Location of Aloe is excellent!Spotless room, nice size veranda, facilities in the room. The latter, if you are lucky, you can find in any upscale boutique hotel. What you CAN NOT find in any boutique hotel/apartment is the host's (Thanos) hospitality. He bends over backwards to make sure that your stay is memorable and pleasant. From recommending a nice restaurant to eat with your spouse, to lending you a beach towel or arranging a sun-bed at the beach. I don’t know how far he can go!

I wish I stayed more days there. Definitely I will be coming back at Aloe next time that I will be in the area.

This was our first visit in Nikiti. The property is brand new with a good location of the quite side of Nikiti. The hosts are very kind and friendly, always looking to make your stay very comfort and pay attention to every detail. The rooms are cozy, modern and are cleaned up every day! Over all, our stay was indeed pleasant and comfortable.

The property was clean and stylish. Our experience as a family was pleasant and the host was very kind and friendly. We very much enjoyed the fact that the super-market was at a walking distance from the suite.

There was only a small detail that was troubling. The suite is not located near any beaches, although that way we got to visit and experience a lot of different beaches.

The owners are very friendly and did everything in their power for us to have a great stay. Everything is new and the terrace is a great addition to the place. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed every couple of days. The supermarket is right around the corner and it's an 8-minute walk to the beach.
