quiet place, good parking

the Grand Maisonette Unit was supposed to offer 3 double beds as per the description. Sadly, there were actually only 2 beds. This seems to have been a description mistake that has now been corrected, but we reserved and paid for 3 beds and only had the 2 beds in the facility. No compensation has been provided. the stairs are a bit steep and tight the 2 rooms on the second floor are usable only by children as the ceiling is very low.

Nice place in Nikiti, with a large parking area in front. The apartment has everything you need, it was clean, and the A/C worked perfectly. You can relax on a spacious terrace. The location is just a 1-2 minute walk from the town promenade, yet it’s still in a very quiet area. Nikiti is a small town, so everything is within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. Marina was a very nice host.

Great place

Great location, very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The room was big with a large fridge. Everything is new and works perfectly. The staff is very friendly. The cleaning is done daily. I highly recommend the place.

Καινούργιο κτίριο, μοντέρνο, ευρύχωρο μπάνιο ( ειδικά για Χαλκιδική ). Πολύ ωραία βεράντα. Γενικά μια απροσδόκητη ευχάριστη έκπληξη για τα δεδομένα του Νομού.

Pozitionare buna, aproape de plaja si de zona cu restaurante si magazine, pe o strada linistita, fara trafic intens, camera curata, dotata cu tot ce este necesar, curatenie.

Camere moderne, curate, spațioase și dotate cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil. Locație este accesibilă, aproape de plajă si restaurante (5 minute de mers pe jos), și dispune de locuri de parcare. Gazdele foarte prietenoase și primitoare.

Много добро местоположение, около 5 минути от централната улица. Близо до плажа и заведенията. Бяхме в студио, в което имаше всичко необходимо. Имаше достатъчно място за паркиране, докато бяхме там.

Бяхме с бебе и ни бяха осигурили кошара, но беше много тясно и неудобно. ( може би в по-голямо студио/апартамент, би било по - подходящо ) Според моите критерии, подът беше много мръсен, бебето постоянно събираше различни боклуци от земята. За 3 нощувки не минаха да изчистят, само събираха боклука. Би било хубаво поне да има метла, сами да си почистим.

Tesis sahipleri cok iyi ve cok ilgililerdi. Her türlü ihtiyacımızı güler yüzle karşıladılar. Dairenin içi ve dışı tertemizdi. Her gün bahçe ve balkonlar dahi temizleniyordu. Konumu ise çok iyi merkeze yürüyerek 3-4 dk sürüyor.

Hiçbirşey yok. Tüm olanaklar yeterli.
