Fulfilled my expectations

The place was very clean and modern and the owner was polite, kind and hospitable! It is close to the center 7-8 minutes on foot, but it is on a quiet street, so we slept perfectly. I was with my husband and our baby and the owner was nice enough to provide us with a crib and a feeding chair. The place has a fully equiped small kitchen. There are plenty of parking spaces.

We loved our stay, it was in great location, exceptionally clean, staff and the owner are very attentive and friendly. Our suite had all and more than we needed for a week‘s stay.

Family 5-days stay at Theano

Theano Luxury Suites is a great location to spend your holiday in Nikiti, it has excelent as new facilities, enough space for a family and modern facilities. The owner is really friendly and she went above and beyond making our stay as good as possible she checked on us and helped with any information we needed. We had also a welcome package in the room and all in all she was a nice person. Thank you for everything.

An enjoyable stay in a newly built complex and very clean

Staff was very friendly, room as well as the rest of the premises were very clean, location was quiet yet close to the center of Nikiti, and room was well equipped. The room was exactly like the pictures, and we really enjoyed our short stay.

The only problem we had was upon arrival, the host was difficult to reach as the telephone number given to us by the app was wrong. We strongly encouraged the host to update the number and we were told that it was changed that same day... Two thumbs up!

The accommodation is located relatively close to the beach. There are enough parking spaces. At the time of arrival, the rooms were prepared according to expectations. Behind the accommodation there is a playground for children as well as a very nice place to relax. The rooms are big. We had a living room, bedroom and kitchen area. Internet access and netflix on TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. It was very useful for us at breakfast. Access to the nearby supermarket is also very easy. The cleaning was done every day, the services are impeccable. From this area we visited all of Sithonia. Thanks to the host who was very kind. I recommend this accommodation unit.

The lovely host, the silence, the cleanliness, the facilities, everything is just perfect. A 5 minutes walk to the beach and a supermarket nearby. The place is the ideal starting point for all the wonderful beaches in Sithonia. We will return here in the next summers.

Hospitality and luxury in Nikiti

The room was totally new, modern and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and the hairdryer very good. The bed was big and comfortable. The owner was very kind and trying to provide the best hospitality. She also offered us early check in for free.

The bathroom had no shower gel nor shampoo. This is not a problem if you know it from the beginning.

Staying in Theano Luxury Suites was a wonderful experience. The host is a pleasant lady, very flexible and open to communicate, but respects the guest's privacy. The place is brand new, very clean and cozy.

Great little new apartment

Nice new place, quiet, clean, good a/c (thankfully not right over the bed) and strong wifi. Close to the beach and good restaurants (tho' to get to the best beaches you need a car). The owner was very nice, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, she even let us check out in the afternoon.

The bathroom is small, and you can't shower without flooding it. But that's pretty typical for Greece.. The kitchen could be better equipped. A good(!) coffee maker, maybe a toaster, a bit more cooking stuff will add an extra star to the review.

Great location, modern minimalist architecture . Very comfortable large bed and sofa, 2 smart tv, all îs brand new and very clean. The owners of this place and their staff make the difference. Never seen such devotion, kindness, attention, like they were your best friends ever. Strongly hope to turn back the service they provided to us.

Gazdarica, najviše! Prijatniju osobu nisam sreo odavno! Neverovatna pozitivna energija i ličnost! Čisto, uredno, skockano, ukusno.

Možda bi mogla da razmisli o tendama na terasi, okrenute ka jugoistoku ceo dan su pod suncem a pogotovo pre podne kada dosta nas, gostiju, hoće da uživa na terasi u doručku ili kafi i cigari. Meni lično je bio Septembar, ali i dalje pretopao i pod direktnim suncem na terasi što onemogućava uživanje.
