Great stay

The location was great - 3min walk from the beach where you have free zone and several bars. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had a cozy and friendly welcoming by the owner and highly recommend the place.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The amenities were top-notch, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Great location. Very comfortable stay. It felt like home. Beautifully decorated, great view and great neighborhood. This was one of the most comfortable stays I’ve ever experienced. Normally I’m not a big fan of hotels, but this place was spacious and I felt like I was in my own home. Great energy here. I highly recommend.

Our air conditioner wasn’t that powerful, but we were experiencing an unusually bad heat wave. Our host did everything to help us feel more comfortable. A fan was provided that helped to blow the cool air in from the bedroom into the kitchen area. Thank you!

Excellent location

We had appartment on the ground floor with small yard where kids played, the furniture is new, kitchen well equiped, the owner Katarina is very kind and welcoming. The location is excellent, near to the beach but not on the first line so it was calm and quite. I highly recommend it !

Super nice location. We travelled with a toddler so it was mandatory to be close to the beach, and it was, the beach is just 50m away. It is nice that in the evenings you can take nice walks, you have a lot of taverns near by , street music, everything you want, it is beautiful. Then if you come by car, there are a lot of other beautiful beaches in Sithonia, at short distances. The apartament is very nice, with a great balcony. It is very, very clean, and the garbage is changed daily which is a big plus. Also, after 3 days , the bedsheets were changed as well and all the apartment was cleaned. The owners are very nice and welcoming. It was a really great stay for us.

Fantastic! Very, very clean and tidy. The beach is right down the street and the garden is lovely and fun for kids. The hosts are nice and friendly, and so were the other guests during our stay. In September, it's mostly parents from Serbia with toddlers and preschoolers, but it's still quiet.

Great money value

Ok so this stay was more than i expected . The place was immaculate . Cleaning on a daily bases . Sheets were changed and clean towels provided as well . Good wi fi . As for amenities , in the kitchen there was everything needed . The location was great for a family , only few steps from the beach and promenade , still quiet in the night . The yard was spacious with children playground , which we found very very convenient. Also with lots of greenery and flowers even birds were singing it was so peaceful. At the end big thanks for the hosts . Katerina and her husband . They were so helpful and polite . Our baby got sick so they drove us around Nikiti in search for medical centre . Great stay . We will be back again.

Very good

Room was very clean and really beautiful. Balconies are very spacious and have view of reality beautiful backyard. Location is super nice. Owner and stuff were really great.

Beds are not that comfortable. There is everithing that you need expect dish soap and dish sponge so you have to buy the whole pack of sponges and dish soap. Bathroom is always wet because there is no curtain. Internet is super weak and unreliable.

Very clean and comfy rooms. We spent a lot of time on the balcony that has a very nice view. The place is sooo close to the beach! Katerina and her husband are the best, very kind and attentive. The yard is also very clean and perfect for kids to play.

The room was not very large, and we also used a baby cot from the guests, which reduced space, but i was ok.

NIce and friendly

We realy liked the service. Very helpful and friendly. The location is very close to the beach. Its also close to the taverna and the paralia walk. There is parking on the location, and from Nikiti you can find the most exelent beaches, with perfect water for swimming.

Some nights it was a bit noisy. If you travel with kids the apartment was not so practical. The aircondision and TV was in the one bedrom, and the other beds are in the kitchen/livingroom.

Хотела е на 5мин. от центъра на Никити, разположен е много близо до централната морска алея с много заведения и магазинчета, но достатъчно отдалечен от шумотевицата. Обзаведен с нови мебели и стил. Матрака е дебел и удобен, има кафемашина с капсули, съдове и печка. Никити ни е любимо място за отсядане и почивка, посещаваме го десетки пъти от май до октоври почти всеки уикенд, също и през седмичната ни отпуска. На Ситония има много диви и красиви плажове, всеки ден ходим на различен плаж, за да разгледаме колкото се може повече места.

Отсядаме за втори път в този хотел и очаквах същото топло посрещане както при предното ни посещение - с напитки и сладки. Предния път бяхме настанени в по-голям апартамент, стаите и банята бяха малко по-просторни. Не казвам, че сега беше зле, но не получихме същото посрещане и не очаквахме да сме на по-тясно място ( ако трябваше да останем за по-дълго нямаше да е комфортно) , може и да е наша грешката да не сме обърнали внимание по време на резервацията колко квадрата е апартамента, в никакъв случай не обвинявам домакините.

Piccolo ma super-accogliente appartamento, ben equipaggiato. Pulitissimo e con doppio balconcino: uno dalla camera con stendino e uno dalla parte della cucina con vista sul giardino ( bellissimo, ben curato e a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti). Apostolos e Katerina sono stati gentilissimi e molto ospitali nonostante il nostro arrivo in anticipo rispetto all'orario di check-in. Posizione ideale x spiaggia e passeggiata lungomare. Siamo stati benissimo! Lo consiglio!

Zadovoljni smo apartmanom, bio je cist i udoban.. plaza udaljena 2min hoda , blizina setnice sa restoranima, kaficima… Domacica Katarina ljubazna i pristupacna , sve pohvale 😄😊

Понравилось расположение апартаментов. Номер с видом на море. Кухня со всем необходимым. Прием при заселении.

Маленький паркинг. В день выезда нас практически выставили из номера, хотя мы задержались минут на 10-15, очень неприятный контраст с заселением. Для 3-х взрослых и ребенка номер тесноват.
