Modern Flat on the seafront Exmouth

It was right above the seafront but in a very quiet road. It is beautifully decorated and has a very well stocked kitchen with plenty of pans, utensils and crockery. It would be easy to stay for longer.

You have to walk through the main bedroom to get to the second bedroom. Not a problem for us but it wasn’t clear in the property information.

Easy access to beach and prom

Booked for 3, there was a double bed but only a sofa, which was not a sofa bed so my son slept on cushions on the floor.

Beautifully designed apartment with all you need and more. Good quality bedding, kitchen equipment, towels etc. It is a stunning flat and we would stay again. The host is accommodating and communicative. Loads of storage. Huge fridge. Excellent secure entry system.

We heard some noise from the flat above as I expect they also have original floorboards up there. We could hear every step when trying to sleep. This was only an issue on the final night when I had to ask the guest to be quiet at 11pm. We also struggled to park consistently over the three days - it was bank holiday.

The flat is located minutes from the seafront, has good-sized rooms and is laid out over three floors. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook and a breakfast bar to have meals at and relax. The bed was comfortable and super warm (feather down and pillows) and the bathroom is lovely with a great electric walk-in shower. Decor is simple and tasteful. There is also access to a nice communal garden from the kitchen. And finally, the welcome jelly treats did not go unnoticed! 🙂

We liked pretty much everything about it. The bed pillows could be firmer and we could not find coffee table coasters, if only to spare your lovely furniture.
