A lovely short break

Spacious house, clean and comfortable. My son was graduating at Exeter University and this was a perfect place to combine attending with a short break by the seaside. Close to Exmouth train station, shops, restaurants just a short walk to the beach.

There's no outdoor space so I personally wouldn't want to stay more than a few days

Good location, but bad beds and felt like unloved student accommodation

Good location.

Mattresses awful. I had two bad nights’ sleep. The springs are felt at surface, the mattress was really old. I complained about it to the host requesting a partial refund and still have not had a clear reply or even apology. Also the bathroom dripped into the kitchen below through the light fitting. I put a bucket here and reported it.

Lovely weekend had by all, clean family home centeal to beach & town. Would stay again!

Great central location. Large clean property for extended family members including downstairs bedroom/washroom for those who can’t manage stairs. Clear and concise communication with host and directions for finding the rear of the property.

More of a recommendation not dislike - the addition of a microwave would be nice of huge benefit

Lovely location, great sized house, but disappointed with lack of action for the leaking ceiling.

The location and size of the house.

We had an issue with the upstairs bathroom, which then developed into water coming through the ceiling into the kitchen. The water was coming through the light, which we had to act upon and turn the circuit breaker off. No inspection by vendor only telephone conversation and no plumber due to hold up with part. Maybe get another plumber? Requested a day's refund but no answer back. Definitely put a shadow over the holiday. We went away to celebrate a graduation and big birthday. 3 families together, hence we wanted multiple bathrooms. Bathroom door continously got stuck.

Comfortable and well located

Very clean, well equipped, good location for centre of Exmouth. A longer walk needed for the beach though. Super for a large group like us.

Hugely better than it looks, in terms of space, decor and facilities

Location and space

Curb appeal from the front isn’t great / appealing. But could easily be improved. Although not an issue of the property, it is worth noting with windows open the seagulls are noisy all night and the house is close by to the walking routes home which can be noisy at pub kick out time.

Excellent location. Shops, and good selection of restaurants, pubs cafes. M&S food on the doorstop. We were there for the Duran Duran gig at Powderham Castle and loved Exmouth. Lovely seafront and beach walks. Highly recommend as there s something for everyone. Thank you

Great house, great location and will use again

The location was perfect for our needs and access was easy. The bedrooms were large and well equipped.

That there was microwave. Also for three toilets, 3 part used rolls were not enough for 10people for our stay. The description states toilet rolls were provided but there were no spares.

Spacious house in a fantastic location

Lovely size property in a great location close to all the amenities. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom is great for those who find stairs difficult. Directions were clear and the responses to messages were very friendly and prompt.

The kitchen is only equipped with basic facilities and a small dishwasher, which is a shame as the rest of the property is of a high standard. Parking can be a little tricky to get out of due to the location of walls, but was great to have.

Absolutely fantastic stay, great location great company

All the bedrooms were spacious and the communal areas were suitable for enjoying g time together. The furniture in the living room was high quality. We were so pleased to have an option of a bath. It was great that there were 3 bathrooms. The bedding smelt so clean and the Seaview were amazing. We were so close to the Estuary and the beach fantastic property, hope to get an opportunity to return.

As we brought 4 cars there was only enough space for 2 cars, but not a lot can be done about that.

A lovely and welcoming place to stay. Perfect!

A lovely home. Spacious, with everything we needed and more. Very clean. Excellent directions. It was perfectly situated for our purpose. Highly recommended and will stay here again when we are in the area.
