Perfect location, near the beach and town large enough for 2 family’s. Everyone commented how soft the bedding was!!! Was clean and everything worked. Would definitely recommend

Just a couple of things nothing major One of the kitchen cupboard doors was a bit broken (one near toaster) Rooms at the back were so hot and as this weather is probably going to continue I would suggest putting a few fans in the property as it was unbearable at night (no fault of owners just a suggestion) No ironing board. There was an iron just no ironing board No outside area at property and in hot weather would of been nice to sit outside(even a bench would be good) These are just suggestions.

The property was spacious. The location was superb with sea views from the front windows. Amenities were more than expected and the host could not have been more helpful.

Great Location. House worked for 10 family members- good sized lounge and we could all fit round the table in the well stocked Kitchen diner. The location is fabulous a short walk to the beach, train station, centre Exmouth and there is a large M&S foods almost opposite.

The two single beds are a tiny bunk bed room. My nephew is 6ft 2 so we had to put the mattress on the floor in the lounge at night time.

Location was perfect for the town & beach, My 78year old mother was with us so the downstairs bedroom was perfect for her. Really clean throughout & ample parking for 3 cars.
