Fantastic apartment in perfect spot for everything.

Lovely well equiped, clean apartment with lift and parking. Location was perfect, we were able to walk to all the places we wanted. Centre of town, close to beach front, very close to railway station, M&S food hall, pubs, takeaways etc. This isn't just any apartment it's a (close to) M&S apartment!

Fabulous stay, highly recommend!!!!!

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in a modern complex with a great central location. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could need and great underground parking available. The hosts provided easy instructions both for arrival and departure. Highly recommend we will definitely return.

Super apartment in super location.

All the rooms were spacious, clean, and very nicely equipped. The kitchen area was especially well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was easy to use. The block of apartments is very well maintained . The location is excellent for the town centre , restaurants, etc . Relatively short distance from the sea. The lift and the garage were a blessing as I'm of limited mobility,

Exceptional stay in an exceptional property

The property was tastefully decorated, spacious, very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable, as was the good quality and well maintained furniture and furnishings. There was tower fans in every room. We were very happy for the convenience of supplies (eg, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid & cloth, salt/pepper, garbage bags) so that we didn’t need to repeatedly visit the supermarket. There was an abundance of storage, and also ample clothes hanging spaces. The secure car park in the basement t of the building was very convenient. The property’s photos are accurately reflect the property. Communication with the property was exceptional and detailed.

Apartment was fabulous, well decorated, great comfy bedroom/living room furniture, everything you could need in the kitchen to make meals. Within easy walking distance to the shops and beach. In a lovely secure block with lifts and parking. Would definitely recommend.

A clean, stylish apartment in an excellent central location.

A lovely apartment with restaurants and cafes close by and only a short walk to the harbour and beach. The owners, Holly and Jez were very accommodating when we had a couple of requests and answered our enquiries really quickly. We would love to come back!

Would happily stay here again.

The facilities are excellent and the standard of furnishings high. You have your own parking space in the ground-level garage. Very good location. You need to respect the fact that there are permanent residents in the building.

A very minor criticism that should not put anyone off staying in this very well appointed property: the cleaner forgot to wipe a large drip off the top of the saucepan drawer and there were a couple of crumbs in the salad drawer, but the apartment was otherwise extremely clean.

Comfort and convenience in a delightful town.

The apartment is well situated in the town. It was easy to find and has its own parking bay in the basement of the building. The apartment is bright,very clean and well equipped. Everything is thought through and the beds exceptionally comfortable. It is also nice and spacious. The apartment is in easy walking distance to all parts of the town, which we found to be delightful. Despite going to Exeter university, I had never been to Exmouth. It has great walks; coastline and estuary. There were plenty of good places to eat and drink. The Grapevine across the road is a very friendly pub with local beer and good food. Perfect after a long walk in the fresh air.
