Shops are local and cafés with local so we went to the beach café where take our dogs and we ate out for breakfast
Having to pay £147 for club passes for 4 of us in order to take our 2 year old grandson into the entertainment and he as too young to do any of the activities so was a little bit gutted we had to pay all that money for the club passes seeing we paid private for the caravan. The caravan was very nice very clear and the host was amazing communication but I think next time I will go through Haven because the club passes will be included in the price of the caravan but yes, a caravan like I say was very clean my lovely location.

Very clean, comfy, spacious gave a home from home feel. Close to beach, entertainment areas and shops.
Nothing to do with the property but the site is very hilly and quite steep too.

We visited the caravan for a 3 night stay in early October for a family get together ( 6 adults and 2 dogs). The van was well equipped with plenty of comfortable seating in the spacious lounge area. The dining area was a bit small for 6 adults but we managed. The kitchen is well equipped with space for storage and preparation. We were surprised at how much space there was in the shower room and it was very helpful having a second loo. The twin bedrooms were tight for larger adults! Pack light as storage space in the room is very limited. We loved the fact that our dogs were made so welcome - bowls, a lead, puppy training pads, cleaning materials - all were a very thoughtful touch. All linen, towels, cleaning items were provided - also a nice touch.
The site itself had everything you might want - particularly for those with children although these activities are charged extra it’s helpful to have everything in one area. A well stocked NISA store on site.
The beach is accessible via a wide steep path - there are railings on either side. Dogs are welcome on the beach October to March.
A bus service is available at regular times throughout the day into Exmouth with the final / first stop being at the train station - £6 for 2 adults and a dog.
All the staff we met on site were very friendly.
The owner of the property replied very quickly to our queries.
Not a complaint from our perspective but it’s worth knowing that the site itself is quite steep in places - worth knowing if travelling with buggies or anyone who struggles with their mobility. There’s also a MOD shooting range next to the site so you do hear pop pop pop of rifles mid week.

No access to the swimming pool as unable to buy a Haven pass due to poor communication
