Dirthy, unconfortable and unhelpful staff.
The location was very nice. Enjoyed scenic views-the sea and the cliffs.
The caravan was very dirty-we even had to clean the table which had bits of food and stains from the previous people who were there before us. We couldn't put anything in the fridge due to the bits of old food, stained liquid and smell. The bedding on the double bed had blood stains and other mark. Overall the place was filthy. When approached the reception to check in, they were annoyed that we had used booking com to book this place and would not allow us access to any of their facilities and they were not helpful or supportive in any way.

at the balcony can see the sea remotely
the house is not clean at all, no washing machine, no kitchen dish washer, very small fridge, only one toilet and one shower which seems not possible for 8 people to stay! when walking outside the balcony, the whole house would feel the move!

It served a purpose for our weekend. But wouldn’tbook again!
Great location. Comfortable bed.
Definitely needed some TLC. We only needed it to sleep and make a morning cuppa as was out with local friends all weekend. Definitely would not have cooked in there. Didn’t smell particularly clean either. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews. So my bad. 😞 Would not book again unfortunately.

Absolutely disgusting experience will be taking complaint further
The caravan was absolutely dirty , cooker unusable , dirty microwave , toilet dirty , smelt off urine , puddle behind cistern , absolutely shocking , dirty carpets , booked for daughter’s birthday, could not have shower or cook because of poor hygiene, ruined our weekend ,
