Great location with easy access to Exmouth Town and the beach. Very clean and well appointed, the beds were very comfortable. The property had everything we needed for a great break.
Everything was great, you could say there isn't much parking but that is the same for any of the properties but the carpark is only a short walk away and purchasing a permit makes it easy.

Warm, cosy, comfortable, perfect balance of traditional/historical/charming but also all the necessary modern conveniences (brilliant kitchen, excellent facilities, lots of tea, coffee facilities, cooking ingredients herbs and spices, state of the art stuff). Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Lots of lovely homely touches. Loads of board games!
Cannot fault anything except the parking, which is pot luck/hit and miss but this is not the owner's fault and there are plenty of easy options nearby.
