Perfect Exmouth Getaway

Great central location, very close to the sea but on a nice quiet road. Nearby are a few very good restaurants. Bed very comfy and warm, great night's sleep felt like home from home. Parking very handy but a tight fit for a larger car.

Could do with some beakers in the kitchen and a second frying pan.

Great flat in quiet street, very close to sea-front

Superb location, close to the sea-front. Free designated parking spot round the back (it's otherwise 'Residents-only' parking all around). Well-equipped kitchen and nicely furnished generally, with plenty of books and games in the living room. Small general store just 5 mins walk away. Good communication (via the Booking.com App) with the landlady.

We would be happy to return one day as Exmouth had plenty to offer & pleased with the apartment

Great location near marina, beach & not too far from town. Didn’t get disturbed by any neighbours or apartment below. Managed to park my large Skoda Enyaq (just- was v.tight to wall and rear fence).

Had a minor issue with an alarm that was swiftly resolved.

50yds from the prom, with parking - what could be better.

Ideal location just of the seafront. Having parking included was a bonus - street parking nearby is almost impossible to find due to resident permit areas. We had no issues with the size of the parking bay ( VW Golf ) but we could imagine it may be different if you have something large. The bed was very comfy. Nice to sit in the bay window while eating and watch the sea. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, plates etc. Layout of the property was good, making full use of the space. The living room had a homely feel to it, with plenty of seating.

It was very clean and comfortable. The location was very close to the beach and amenities. Tanya kept in contact throughout to make sure everything was OK and also informed us that there was a planned power cut

Clean and convenient. The facilities were good. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. The living room was comfortable .

The stairs were difficult at times and one of the bedrooms was very small. The living room was a long way from the kitchen.

The property was in a great position for the beach, shops, places to eat and things for our grandchildren to do. The parking space at the rear of the property was a great help. There was everything in the property that you would need.

We couldn't sit on the bed settee in the lounge as we sunk into it and the other settee may need changing as we both left with bad backs.
