On the ground floor is a sitting room with electric fire and a kitchen with raised dining area. Outside is an enclosed seating area with furniture and barbecue and covered storage for bikes and beach gear. Just 200 yards from the beach and Coast Path, 2 Carlton Mews is an ideal base for a seaside break in Devon. Note: For the convenience of residents and guests, the off-road parking can only accommodate vehicles up to max 5 meters in length. Sorry, no large SUVs, pick-ups, transit/camper vans etc
Amenities: Central heating with electric fires. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.
