The heat - which was outside the hosts control as it was weather related.

Location is very handy for access to NEC, train station, airport... The apartment is lovely, well decorated and maintained, the hosts made it very easy to do the check-in and check-out. I will definitely come back.
Only downsides were the WiFi losing signal occasionally (not often) - which I mentioned to the hosts and I am sure they will look into - and ithe fact that it is impossible to avoid the slight noise from the road on the bedroom with the two twin beds (the one facing the road). It's a small town and not too busy anyway, so it did not bother us at all.

The location was really nice, the house was very neat and spacious. Everything was better than expected. Close to the train station. Nice restaurants and pub in the area.

Really really amazing place to stay! I liked how new everything was and it felt light and clean and it was a very easy place to stay for a few nights for work. I will absolutely be hoping to stay again once the opportunity arises. Didn't have any issues with noise either from the road or the airport.
My only negatives are that the location isn't amazing. There are local amenities, but without a car I had to order groceries on one of the delivery apps.
