The apartment is close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk. It's around 15 minutes to the old town. It's quiet — we weren't disturbed. The area is peaceful and safe. There's a neighborhood supermarket about 5-7 minutes away. Restaurants with terraces are 100 m from the apartment. The parking spot is in the underground garage — we didn't use it.
The apartment is furnished with leftover pieces, probably from a child's room. The bed is comfortable, but it's a fold-out. At the table there's a gaming chair and a regular chair — basically whatever the owner had around the house. The shower drains very slowly. The balcony was very, very small, with a table and one chair, probably left over from decades past. Only one person could fit, and it wasn't inviting at all. The smell in the stairwell was awful, though that's not necessarily the owner's fault. Still, he could try to do something about it.

It said Sea view balcony … well you certainly couldn’t see the sea from where we were !
Also, an electric jug would be useful.
