Great location, easy check-in and a nice host. Fabulous view from the spacious balcony. The room has a generaly nice alignment of amenities fitted in the a small space and it doesn't feel small. The studio offers everything needed for a comfortable stay.
A few things. Stains on the walls and bathroom odor. The bathroom ventilation not working. The AC not working properly. The oven is not present as presented in the photos but I later checked that it is not mentioned in the kitchen description so that's ok. Probably the biggest minus is that the room was not cleaned once during a 8 night stay.

Die Lage war unglaublich! Meer und Centre Ville waren nur einige Minuten entfernt. Der kleine Balkon samt Ausblick war ganz wundervoll!
Teilweise etwas maroder Zustand (Badezimmer feucht, Putz von den Wänden ab, offene Label in der Wand).
Schlafcouch war solide/ in Ordnung.

Very good central location next to the beach, possibility to have earlier check-in, all equipment in the apartment, very useful. Nice balcony.
No contact initially with the host. They did not respond to my messages. Lift did not work unfortunatelly, and it was 3rd floor.
