The location of the property was great. The apartment was across the street from the Alsace-Lorraine train station, 0.5 km walk from the sea, and ~1 km walk from the main train station: Nice-Ville. There are a number of shops, restaurants, bank machines etc. nearby. The property was clean, which was highly appreciated.

The building does not have proper sound insulation, especially between the different levels. If you book this place make sure you bring ear plugs as any noise from the neighbours above amplifies through the flooring. The balcony was also disappointing - for the most part it faces the backs of other buildings (it is not one of the balconies that faces the street). Communication with the property management company is hard unless you have a local number / you can use roaming in France. It seems like they manage an overwhelming number of apartments, so they don't respond to messages on Booking. Also, other than the WiFi password and the key codes to enter the building, they don't provide any guide to local amenities, which I found somewhat impersonal.

The apartment has very good location in the city. It was really clean and comfortable.

You can here very well the neighbours. The owner didn’t answer to the questions during the stay.

The apartment was nice in a perfect position, 10 minutes by feet from the beach.

Only 1 towel for 3 days, we ask many time to have a hand towel but not provided. Bad smell in the bathroom
