The location.

The check-in process was inconvenient because we had to walk about 800 meters to pick up the key and then walk back to the apartment with our luggage. The bed was not very comfortable, and the blanket had an unpleasant smell. Guests are also expected to clean the apartment before checking out. The check-out time was quite early, which made the last day feel rushed. In addition, a €400 security deposit is held for up to one month after check-out, which seems excessive.
