It is located in a very convenient spot, making it easy to get around. The check-in process was very smooth, and the host was kind and provided clear, accurate instructions beforehand. For the price paid, it offers reasonable accommodation.
The mattress was not very comfortable, which made it a bit hard to get a good night's rest. Because there was no air conditioning, the room got quite warm, especially during the warmer parts of the day. The kitchen felt a bit limited and could use more basic cookware, utensils, and supplies to make cooking easier.

Emplacement assez proche du métro. Suite équipée d'une kitchenette et d'une grande tv
Canape pas très confortable. Suite pas très propre. Traces dans le frigo, sur les murs.....En sous sol avec fenêtres, donc peu lumineux.

The Guest studio was immaculate- very clean, had all you needed and although it was one room (with a bathroom) it did not feel cramped. The communication was prompt and clear. We were arriving a day ahead of time in Vancouver and needed a place with parking not too far from the CBD
