Newly Renovated Walkout Basement in Vancouver with Separate Entrance

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized, making us feel at home right away. We especially appreciated having a separate entrance, which gave us extra privacy and convenience. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and family-friendly, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was a great location for our stay and we always felt comfortable coming and going. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hospitable throughout our visit. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always kind and responsive. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

It was immaculately clean. The bed was super comfortable, and there is a great bathroom. Excellent price! Super easy check in process.

I would have appreciated a coffee maker. All they offer is a few packs of instant coffee that are not suitable for vegans, full of dairy powdered creamer in them. Also, I found that sometimes it was very noisy from the family that lives upstairs. Not a lot of grocery stores or restaurants within walking distance.

This space is gorgeous, so clean and so well outfitted and modern. Lovely quiet area.

The tiniest issue was a mildly uncomfortable pull out mattress - problematic for a guest with a spine injury, which happened after the booking and was overlooked in our shifting of plans. These hosts were PHENOMENAL in solving the issue immediately. 5 stars, not notes, thank you so much!
