It was immaculately clean. The bed was super comfortable, and there is a great bathroom. Excellent price! Super easy check in process.
I would have appreciated a coffee maker. All they offer is a few packs of instant coffee that are not suitable for vegans, full of dairy powdered creamer in them. Also, I found that sometimes it was very noisy from the family that lives upstairs. Not a lot of grocery stores or restaurants within walking distance.

This space is gorgeous, so clean and so well outfitted and modern. Lovely quiet area.
The tiniest issue was a mildly uncomfortable pull out mattress - problematic for a guest with a spine injury, which happened after the booking and was overlooked in our shifting of plans. These hosts were PHENOMENAL in solving the issue immediately. 5 stars, not notes, thank you so much!
