I felt like I was staying at my grandmas house and it was so nice to feel safe and cared for!

I loved the personal touch Diana brought. She ensured we knew where to go and made us feel like it was our home for the time we were there. I plan to come again soon!

Very disappointing stay

For me, the breakfast was poor. The reason is the selection is decided by Diana. She decides what you’re gonna eat for breakfast. Secondly, she has multiple guests. Her breakfast is set up from I believe seven till nine and yet she only has a table that seats six you have to move furniture to get to the chairs at the breakfast table. Location for us was very good.

There was a lot. I did not like for one. There’s hardly an inch on the wall that isn’t filled with some kind of silly knickknack even in our room there’s nowhere to put anything there’s nowhere to hang anything but there’s 100 zillion pictures all over the place mostly I did not like Diana hovering Over me with all her little rules about don’t do this and don’t do that. I was very disappointed and paying a decent dollar to her and I’m being treated like a kid. She doesn’t have TV in the rooms just Internet access so you can pay for any movies you want to watch but no basic TV Then she’s got one room with a TV but there’s hardly any channels on it and the remote is blocked by a couch so you have to fight to get the remote to work. It’s just a terrible set up. You feel more like your in a camp then you are renting a room at a premium rate.

We stayed over between two long flights. We were looked after and the room was clean and comfortable

The breakfast was good value with a range of food available. The location was a good blend of proximity to transport and being in a comfortable location.

We had been offered a room with a spa pool. It was a bathtub with jets. It was what would be expected of a b and b.

It suited our needs but doubt we would stay here again.

We felt secure and the parking was convenient. Even though we appreciated the visitors information that was provided but was just a little overwhelming. There was an ample variety of different options of what to eat for breakfast. The common areas were comfortable.

Cream/milk was beginning to sour. Most food options were not diabetic friendly. There was a problem with us being able to reheat our leftovers. TV in room was not working and no WiFi available in there either. Room was cramped. And what’s this cleaning fee?!

A peaceful and beautiful place to stay! I had such a lovely experience at Diana's Luxury Bed and Breakfast. The room was clean abd spotless, cozy, and had a very relaxing vibe. Diana is a kind and caring host—she made me feel right at home and made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning. I also loved how quiet the neighborhood was, yet still close to everything I wanted to explore in Vancouver. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, comfortable place to stay.

Diana's B&B - A place to see, and a place to be.

Diana was the most amazing and helpful person we met in Vancouver. We had only 1 day that my wife and I were able to enjoy Vancouver and Diana was the reason we had a great time. Not only is Diana a wonderful person and B&B proprietor she cares enough about her guests to make sure their stay is great with her and out and about.

I didn't like that we only had one day with Diana. After checking in we walked all over Vancouver then went back around 9 pm. Unfortunately, we also had to leave by 330 am the next morning to catch our flight home.

A very welcoming host running a quirky and comfortable home

Diana's luxury Bed and Breakfast is a gem and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, finding the entire house to be very comfortable and clean. Diana gave us a good introduction to the city and was kind enough to allow us to store our luggage with her after checkout so that we could enjoy the last day of our holiday before leaving on our night flight. Her recommendation to walk to the Queen Elizabeth Park and eat at the Seasons in the Park restaurant was fabulous - the view of the city is breathtaking and the food very good quality reasonably priced.

Breakfast won't suit everyone since it a fixed menu and served with all guests seated at a family table. We were happy with this and enjoyed meeting our fellow guests who were from USA and Holland.

Perfect home stay in Vancouver

Diana is the most wonderful host. Takes the time to provide a wealth of local knowledge on where to go that is of interest to her guests, what to do that they will enjoy and how to get there. Her knowledge of Vancouver saved us a lot of money and we had the best stay. The location is very peaceful and quiet. Rooms were spotlessly clean and Diana always available in person on the property to assist or a quick reply away on message of out and about. Thank you Diana. We will recommend you to anyone we know that travels to Vancouver.

First visit to Vancouver. Beautiful city.

It was clean and felt very safe. Owner gives a lot of good information to help visitors to Canada. Very good.

The property felt quite oppressive as it so full of ‘stuff’. Although a big place every inch of wall space, worktops etc was full of photos, ornaments, certificates and just so many things making it feel really closed in. Because it has been warm we were told not to open windows and outside blinds but this added to the closed in feel. I didn’t like it at all.

Poor accommodations

To begin with we paid in full but several months later she double booked. We had to argue with her to correct her error. Then only a couple of days prior to our visit she left a message that we had canceled. She had a made another mistake, The B&B should not be called luxury. It is so cluttered, I consider it a fire hazard, Breakfast was poor. In an exit she used foul language with me. {F....off} . In front of other people. Totally unacceptable

Very comfy stay in a B&B with lots of character in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown.

Located in a nice residential area, not far from downtown Vancouver (we had a car and it took about 15 min; a direct bus is in walking distance) with free street parking available. The house displays lots of souvenirs from the many travels of our host Diana and is sparkling clean and lushously decorated. Our room had a fridge and two bathrooms! The bed was super comfy. Diana shared lots of valuable tips for our stay and lots of interesting stories over breakfast. We appreciated the personal connection. A walk (20 min) or quick drive to Quenn Elizabeth park is highly recommended for the spectacular views of downtown Vancouver.

Fun decor and interesting property. Very clean and well maintained. Diana was really helpful and clearly interested in making sure that we had the best insider information about sights and getting around the city.

Haven't experienced accommodation that was so stylish and interestingly designed. Each of the 14 rooms an eye-catcher. In addition, Diana herself. She not only rents, but welcomes personally, gives 100% helpful recommendations, conjures up a delicious breakfast and has an open ear for everything if you want.

She is full of energy!

The best thing about this place is Diana herself. She is an incredible host, full of energy and gave us several tips about the city and shared her own adventures with us, which was absolutely inspiring. We also enjoyed meeting other travelers from different parts of the world during the breakfast at Diana's place. We really enjoyed!

We stayed at the bedroom with two bathrooms. I'd like to suggest that she could connect the bathroom with the shower to the room for more privacy. Besides that, everything was excellent!

Fantastic place to stay for a night or two if you need in Vancouver

Both of the rooms we booked had private bathrooms, the kitchen was free to use when suited and Diana’s communication and hospitality was fantastic. She stayed up late for our unexpected arrival due to a cancelled flight, she shovelled the walkway multiple times to ensure it wasn’t snow covered, provided us with a cup of tea on arrival (at 11pm) and then breakfast when we woke.

Our bed was incredibly soft however my parents said theirs was perfect. Personal preference so this is subjective.
