The location was perfect for what we needed. The lobby was incredibly decorated and it was overall a fun experience for my family.
We booked two rooms assuming they’d be conjoined. We weren’t offered or asked if we needed that, we weren’t told which room was “bigger” which would have been useful as we had kids in one room.
Our rooms bathroom smelled heavily of cigarette smoke! There were only 3 towels provided.
The rooms don’t have slippers to wear to the pool which I would expect of a hotel of this caliber. There were no kids robes to wear to the hotel pool.
We weren’t offered anything in the room to help with the kids - crib, trundle bed etc.
AND the TV service was not easy to navigate. We couldn’t work out how to login to online streaming.
Yes, I realise we could have asked for most of these things/for help but for a hotel of that caliber, I expected more.
