Charming Queen Bedroom with Bathroom Vancouver West

The property was a lovely house with lots of rooms and a beautiful shared dining area Our room was very big and had its own bathroom and kitchenette The neighborhood was lovely and quiet

Location, super clean, quiet Easy parking right in front

The private bathroom was in the hallway

Great neighborhood, beautiful houses everywhere and felt very safe. 5min walk to the bus to downtown and if you fancy it then you can walk into town along the greenways taking 90 minutes roughly. Kerrisdale town has a big selection of places to eat just 10min walk. Room was very nice and spacious with AC unit which was good for our summer stay. Bathroom and kitchenette were very nice but do be aware they are not inside the room they are just out from the room door - they are for exclusive use with this room but there is another room on this level so you will see other guests sometimes. Keurig coffee machine provided was good. Host was nice and accommodating. We would stay here again.

A TV in the room would be a good addition.

Close to home slice cafe and bakery. Henry was great. At 5335 west boulevard vancouver.

The stairs to front door ie 13? And stairs to room 14. No grab rail for shower. Very unsafe for older person. Plus bathroom outside room in common area.
