Tintswalo Summer House

The attention to detail from the personal notes, the impeccable service from the staff at all times, the different turndown personal touches, the fact that our room was upgraded. We loved the beautiful design and decor of the hotel with every detail that was clearly carefully considered. It was kind of like an Alice in Wonderland experience. Magnificent.

Really not much at all to talk about. It’s not that we didn’t like anything but this could have been better - Some of the meals could have been better like the hot breakfast and desert but the prawns was superb to the point that we had it both nights. The continental part of the breakfast was magnificent and beautifully served with attention to detail. I loved the extravagance of the artsy decor but some of the elements of the decor was not practical eg cupboard space limited. Shower accessories very pretty but the tray was messy after each shower. Presentation was 100% and delightful on the eye.

What a lovely hotel! The design is gorgeous, and so playful and fresh. The staff were wonderful and really welcoming. And the in-house breakfast is really fantastic - very generous and beautifully presented.

The hotel itself is great, and service throughout was excellent. I do think the dinner restaurant's menu could do with a little tweaking to bend to the seasons. But otherwise, all good!

The sea views, the pool, the style, the homely feeling and the most unbelievably comfortable beds. And comfort is so important.
