Comfortable rooms ! We slept very well

Issue with the outside doors locking but the property we’re getting it sorted when we left. Could do with hand soap pump in the bathroom rather than shower gel provided but we bought our own which was fine

The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A few small negatives. There was no soap only shower gel in the bathroom just to wash hands and there should have been another waste basket in the bedroom. The one in the bathroom was so tiny. There was no umbrellas on our balcony so we couldn't sit outside in the latter part of the day and watch the sun go down but on speaking to Dee she said they had ordered them.

They never cleaned the rooms. We slept with the bedding from the day we arrived on Friday until we left on Tuesday.

Location - walking distance to restaurants/beach Friendly staff

No toiletries in bathroom. Outside lights shine through curtains and under room door making it difficult to sleep. Fridge was not switched on and by the time we wanted to drink stuff from the fridge everything was hot and there was no ice available.

Bad reception No one received us on arrival. Emails, calls, door bell & alarm not responded to. Both numbers were not in existence - as per message from service provider. Felt stranded at a strange place for almost an hour.

The lady who does the bookings, Dee was very efficient and informative about my booking from the start. The staff are very attentive & helpful. My husband and I had a really wonderful experience. Breakfasts were delicious. Surroundings are very comfortable & modern.

Location was easy to find, staff membees were friendly, terms and condition though they give page they also explain. Place is secured buffet breakfast was the best

Place was dusty, cupboard and closet were too small for 3 adults and combined, 2nd bed had no headboard and was single bed too small. Found no plates and cutlery in the room.

The location is great and view is beautiful.

The bathroom was not pleasant. Mould and water stains in and around shower and basin. We went out for dinner and got back and struggled to get back into the building because the front door lock is faulty. Beds have wooden headboard and when getting into bed, one of the wooden boards fell off the headboard. Breakfast is only served at 8am, so if you’re traveling for business and working business hours, chances are you don’t have time for breakfast.

The property is amazing, those sea views are absolutely stunning

The breakfast was really nice, the portions were smaller for my student guest, she asked for an extra omelette and was refused, an extra omelette for a young adult wouldn’t have caused that much damage in the grander scheme of things. The breakfast options are limited and can be widened

Pleasant stay

The staff were helpful and were accommodating when presented with special requests. David, the manager, carried my bags for me. The breakfast was tasty and there was a variety from which to choose. There is a shared balcony, which was great to relax and enjoy the sea view. For a summer stay, the pool is a plus.

The room was a little small; however, we didn't spend much time hanging out in the room.
