Clean and comfortable

Lovely and clean. Good facilities

Owner asked me to send money to her bank account which us against Booking.com's rules. Had to chase up owner to send lock box code. On suite didn't have any heating

Apartment was clean and spacious.

Communication with the host. I was asked to pay a deposit of £100 which I didn't mind doing but there was no mention of this via booking.com. I duly paid the deposit into the host's bank account and was advised this would be refunded the next day as long as there was no damage. We were a party of tidy middle aged women so happy to say we left the apartment in the condition we found it in (which was lovely and clean). I still hadn't had my deposit returned after the third day despite my messages and phone calls to the host. I genuinely thought I had been scammed so in my last message to the host said that I'd be contacting the police. I immediately got a message from the host and my money was refunded but the way in which the issue was dealt with left a bad taste in my mouth. She was very curt, unapologetic and unprofessional. That said, the apartment was clean and comfortable, although perhaps a new sofa is required (felt like it was going to break at any given time!).
