there was tea and coffee, plates, bowls, cups and saucepans etc Beds were super comfy. Sofa to sink into. very sturdy doors. VERY quiet for a city centre. Gwyn was a pleasure to deal with, replys very quickly on messages.
no cutlery. some general wear and tear, scuffs etc. dishwasher didn't work.

The property was immaculate and well furnished. The living area is perfect family/friends to spend time in.
I have no complaints regarding the property. My only comment would be that the deposit return process needs addressing. I only received my deposit back two weeks after departure. It states it will be returned between 2/3 working days. I understand the need for a deposit on such a nice property however it is important guests be reimbursed in a more timely manner as it does put a dampener on the stay having to chase up it being reimbursed.

The location, the handy lift, the building, the style of the apartment, the space, the kitchen set up, the steamer for clothes, the washer/dryer - this apartment was an excellent decision for a two night stay in Glasgow.
Nothing really but there was a surprise security deposit and data exchange we weren't aware of and the access details where given outside the designated time frame which caused some anxiety.
