Excellent apartment in great location

Beautiful apartment that is very spacious. Plenty of bathrooms and the bedrooms are a great size. Kitchen was well equipped but lacked worktop space. Plenty of places to sit for all guests.

Whilst the apartment is beautiful, it is on the second floor of a building site! Quite off putting when you first walk in! And the car park at the back is grim! It was full of rubbish and god knows what else but it was secured by a barrier. A bit prior warning about these things would of been better than just arriving and thinking "omg what have I booked?!" Freezer was full of old defrosted ice bags etc. And the fridge randomly froze all our food and drinks!

A spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Perfect for a group of friends.

Lovely, spacious property. Very clean and comfortable.

There was only one wine glass. There wasn’t a towel rail in the toilet. We couldn’t switch the fan off by the toilet so it was noisy for the people sleeping in the bedrooms. Builders started work at 8am below.

Easy to allocate, directly opposite King's Theatre Host was contactable and responded fast during check-in process Has free parking on-site Has good choices of food within walkable distance Overall cleanliness was good Very spacious- rooms and living room

Not kids-friendly/elderly friendly: stairs from parking facility to apartment building was very narrow and steep. as there is NO LIFT at all, with apartment allocated was 2/2, it means that we have to climb 4 storeys up to apartment. (basement/ ground floor/ L1/ L2) Stairway is pretty eerie and dark. Too many mirrors in rooms (taboo for asians specific)

Would choose somewhere different, safer and quieter for the family.

It had enough space and equipment to cater for our family needs.

The car parking was atrocious, the toggle didn’t work, the support didn’t happen and my husband got abused for parking elsewhere, behind the building. The stairs, the multiple stairs, I don’t recall reading about them anywhere. The washer, was it a dryer as well? Loose fittings in the showers. The noise coming from the street was consistent, this was an issue at night time for sleeping.

The only one thing I would request is more flexibility for early check-ins. We were all travelling internationally and our arrivals was between 10 - 11 am.. I had informed the host about this during booking and had requested for an early check in. Unfortunately we had to wait till 4 PM at the airport before we got the confirmation to check-in.

on our first night their was a really loud party in the flat next door or below and sleep was impossible in one of the rooms in the others it was noisy but we could eventually sleep, strangely not enough toilet rolls

The heating took very long to heat up the full place

It was very big, lovely and clean. Very quiet, you couldn’t hear a thing in the rooms and extremely tidy.

The only thing i can fault about this flat is that the heating took very long to heat up, was very cold to the point my hands were red and had to sit for hours to wait on it heating up a little.
