The apartment is a lovely property with lots of space. The check in process and guidance was clear and easy, and there was good guidance/support available. They also provided a high chair and cot which was great. They provided basics like tea/coffee, washing up liquid etc which was helpful.
The heating controls didn’t work well - the boiler initially had no pressure which we fixed quickly, but the heating then wouldn’t turn off despite following the instructions. It was very cold when we first arrived until we could get the heating working.
The downstairs shower room sink leaked and the lights were flashing.
The house would benefit from having more mugs, glasses, plates, cutlery etc. For the size of the property, these weren’t quite sufficient. The cooking equipment however was well provisioned.
There is free on street parking but there isn’t a huge amount of availability, so you may need to park a street or two away.
There were unpleasant smoke smells intermittently coming in from the other apartments.
