The whole place, the secure carparking to the massive bed.
Has a shop below and lots of restaurants around couple of bars and a very easy walk to city centre Glasgow is an amazing city and the area is safe.
Nothing.

Location was very good, and the apartment is spacious.
The host communicated badly, the apartment had a strong smell on entry (curry), the cutlery was insufficient and poor quality, the washing machine needs maintenance badly.

Didn’t get a chance to like anything
Disappointed
We booked our accommodation in October and had a couple of messages backwards and forward about parking
We travelled 4 1/2 hours by car and were told someone would meet us at the accommodation.. when we tried to check in at our arranged time . We were told over the phone that they could see our booking but it wasn’t on their system and they hadn’t received payment from booking.com even though the day before we received an email from them with our check in time
As an booking.com accommodation provider for the last 9 years we understand how the system works and you only receive payment once the client has stayed
to be fair we were offered accommodation in a different apartment but it was miles away from this apartment and we had reservations booked in the area
Lucky we managed book into a great hotel close by even though it was Saturday nights

The location of the apartment was very convenient. We were attending an event at the SEC which was around a 10 minute walk/ 5 minute drive away. There were plenty of places around to eat. But just gets really busy in the evenings. It was an easy 20 minute walk into the city centre. Or 10 minutes on the number 2 bus which are really regular. M
The apartment was a little dated and required a little TLC. It is situated overlooking a train line so can get noisy. There was a little issue with parking as the bays allocated were taken with other cars. So was worried throughout the weekend that I could potentially end up with a ticket.

Very good location we walked to a lot of places we wanted to go to. There was a tesco literally just downstairs very handy. Also lots of restaurants right downstairs for sit in or takeout. The sheets were really nice and the bedding. Very nice Spacious apartment would recommend to family and friends. Owner was very helpful and nice and avaliable to chat if you needed him. We hope to be back again we felt at home here.
Overall we had a great stay.

The location was great as it was very convenient to restaurants, the Tesco Express was right underneath. The Hop On and Off bus stops were very close (yellow route was literally outside on other side of the street). Could walk into centre of Glasgow. Easy short taxi ride from the airport. The apartment was roomy and secure.
The hosts were very hard to communicate with before we arrived. We used the booking.com messaging but never got responses from the hosts. Booking.com also could not get hold of them when we sought help. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really poor. The apartment was a little tired, there was a very large crack in the main window to the patio and the carpet was torn in the main bedroom, some of the light globes were missing and a couple of the lamp switches didn't work. There were no toiletries as per the list of inclusions or any coffee pods. This was our first stop in Scotland from Australia and so we did expect these starter items. The ensuite shower drain was blocked but once we called the host it was fixed and toiletries and coffee pods were provided promptly and with a nice box of chocolates for our inconvenience. No mention that the building is right next to a train track which is very noisy when the windows are open. However, good sound proofing when windows are closed and the trains don't run overnight.

Nice apartment, good location and very comfortable
The noise from the passing trains, where we live we don’t have any traffic noise so it took a couple of nights for us to get used to it

A really spacious and comfortable apartment that's very well equipped. You could easily stay here for a week. It's brilliantly placed right in the centre of Finnieston on the main road, where there are loads of lovely restaurants, bars and cafes. An easy walk into the centre or lots of buses, a ten minute journey and very cheap. Five minutes from the station.
It felt like a very safe place to stay in a really lovely area. Super convenient for the Kelvingrove Museum, the Hunterian and the Botanical Gardens.
The kitchen is extremely well-equipped so it would be brilliant for self-catering, although as we were only there for a couple of nights, we mainly ate out.
The bedrooms were extremely comfortable but they do face the railway line so there is train noise if you have your windows open. Also, the blinds don't do a lot to keep the light out, so if you're a light sleeper ear plugs and an eye mask would be a good thing.
The other thing which might be an issue for some people is that the duvets were very light. I loved this, as I much prefer a light duvet, but if you're a chilly mortal you might want to bring cosy pyjamas.

The apartment was very spacious, each bedroom being a decent size with lots of storage space and beautifully decorated with lots of artwork, giving a very calm feeling.
The living room and dining area again was very spacious and open and felt very comfortable and welcoming to sit with the family and have a cooked meal or watch TV on the evening.
We enjoyed the balcony with views looking onto a workshop yard with original Glasgow Subway carriages, that during the day you can walk and see the carriages up close and get some photos.
The apartment had great appliances and it was so useful to have a washing machine and dishwasher! Also there was a nice Nespresso machine for a cup of coffee!
The location was very quiet but convenient to get into the city centre and within walking distance to Kelvingrove Park and museums. There are lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants locally as well as supermarkets. All in all a great location.

Everything else. The apartment was hot, and window in one room didn't open. the bedside lights were all fused so only overhead bare bulb. It was really not that clean. The host came to try and fix fused bulbs around 11pm and then disappeared until after midnight.

The location is perfect and we loved the open view from the apartment! 20 min. from de airport, 3 min. to the bus station. Good restaurants and pubs in the same street. Anthony was very helpful and responded fast to our needs. The apartment is very nice decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. Supermarkets are also very close.
The floor is very loud when you walk but we would definitively book again.

The location was excellent as we were there to help my daughter move out of her university accommodation just down the road. It is a nice size and the views are wonderful. Kitchen has everything you need. Showers are wonderful. We had no noise disturbances whatsoever.
Accommodation chosen for the parking. Unfortunately I should have expressly stated I wanted to use the parking space. As it was there was no information or help to get into the car park on arrival. In fact, the fob had not been left in the hiding place by the cleaners. Took multiple calls to sort out. Not what I needed after driving 400 miles. The tv in the bedroom is a nice touch. Would have been even better if the remote had batteries in it to enable the tv to be used. Despite making contact with the host to rectify, there was no response. Poor quality curtains in the lounge were a shame and detracted from what is a nice room.

Great location for a visit to Glasgow. Secure location and parking a bonus.
Some tired fittings - broken blinds and bedroom side lamp with a loose connection (potentially dangerous - reported)

On a month long trip with my family, this was our favourite accommodation. The location was great, the apartment was comfortable with all the amenities we needed, and the view was amazing. We felt so at home here and were sad to leave!
The only very minor thing is that the floor boards were very very creaky.

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. Easy access to the SEC as well as shops, restaurants and bars! Comfortable apartment and comfortable beds! Clean and tidy. Really enjoyed our stay.
Everything was perfect for a short stay and I’m only mentioning these things to help the owner improve further on a fabulous place. . It would be worth having baking trays for cooking in the apartment. Also the blinds need fixing as we had to manually roll them up in a morning but this really wasn’t a big deal. Also a key to lock the back door…but still felt safe as in the 4th floor but if a lone female I would want to be able to lock this. And lastly working WiFi.
Even with the above though, I was really happy in this apartment. It was warm, comfortable and overall really lovely. I would definitely return!

The location is excellent and there are lots of eating spots close by. Parking at the rear of the property is fantastic and secure. The apartment looks lovely and has everything you need.
The only thing that was a nuisance but is a big thing to try to fix, was the creaking floor. It runs through the apartment so not great if you’re sensitive to noise. Wouldn’t stop me from booking again though.

Superb location between West End and City Centre. Tesco right below, surrounded by many fabulous places to eat. Bus stop right in front of the property. The property was warm, clean, and cozy. Exceeded our expectations. Two bathrooms, two big comfortable rooms. Well equipped. Also the neighbours were nice! A lovely family saw us and showed us to our flat when we arrived :)
Train runs right below so a bit noisy but we didn’t mind. Extractor hood above the stove didn’t work and the fire alarm is a bit sensitive (with window open, we were fine).

Great location and the property was well presented.
The gas meter was pay as you go and stopped working the second last day.
I was able to set it to emergency use and reset the boiler.
Although not a problem for me with my trade background, some would have had problems getting the heating and hot water back on.

Very neatly maintained apartment that literally had everything we needed in it. The view was beautiful and the stay was very comfortable. The location was great and the bus stop was right outside the building. There were also good restaurants on the same road and a Tesco right below in the same building. Very warm host and he welcomed us very kindly. Thank you!
The floor and the bedroom doors were cranky and made noise if we opened or closed the door or walked in the house..
