Amazing flat, comfy, spacious and very well appointed. Huge ceilings and beautiful rooms. Has more or less everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay of 3 nights. We plan to come back again!
1/ Could have done with more crockery so that you could run the dishwasher and still have a meal.
2/ The inside of the wardrobe in the main room hadn't been cleaned and had dust/ mud inside. Fridge was a bit smelly.
3/ Pre check in process was confusing and they required passport and a separate credit card prior to arrival which felt like a scam as this goes against Booking.com guidance - conversing with them via the booking. com message service was not great as the staff changed regulalry and there wasn't continuity and didn't feel like a reliable service. All resolved in the end but it was rather stressful. To confirm its NOT a scam it is managed by a third party agent and the flat in itself is EXCELLENT once you get there. We plan to go back!

It was warm, well appointed and close to good amenities
The fire exit to take the bins out - had to move Hoover, mop/bucket and step ladders and not easy to fit back in

Location was fantastic, flat was in excellent condition, beautifully furnished. Great communication with owners. Texted first morning to check all was well which was a really nice touch.
